For Gappers: Elevate Your Gap Year

Beaches and bars? Easy. But if you’re craving growth, purpose, and real-world impact—The Leap is your launchpad. Build resilience, gain global awareness, and make a difference through hands-on projects in conservation, teaching, and community. Come back changed—with stories that mean something.

For Midlifers: Rediscovery & Renewal

Midlife is your moment—not a crisis, but a crossroads. The Leap offers purposeful adventures that reignite your spark, fuel clarity, and connect you to something bigger through meaningful, off-grid projects. Step out of the routine, and come back recharged.

For Schools & Under 18s: Building Resilience

Classrooms teach a lot—but nothing builds confidence, resilience, and independence like stepping out into the world. Our off-grid adventures blend purpose, fun, and teamwork to help young people grow in all the ways that matter—and earn UCAS points along the way.

For Tailored Experiences: Go Together, Grow Together

Whether you're a group of friends, a club, or a company team—why not make your next adventure count? We design personalised journeys with purpose, where shared challenges, off-grid escapes, and meaningful projects create connection, growth, and memories that stick.

This trip has left me with a group of life long friends from around the world, experiences that will affect me forever and skills to help me through life. Everyday was a new adventure, from building hatcheries for turtle eggs to teaching English at a local school to playing volleyball with the Costa Rican coast guards to watching a turtle lay eggs. I would highly recommend this trip.

Five Stars to Milly and her team for organising a wholly wholesome and colourful time in Sri Lanka for our Midlife Leap. The blend of work and play suited me very well. Each bit of volunteering taught me a great deal about myself and my own strengths: it turns out I can do more and be more than I had realised. Thank you.

Our personalised itinerary had everything we asked for and more; we wanted our pupils to really immerse themselves in the local community and complete acts of service which would be genuinely meaningful and the Leap, who partnered with Ocean’s Alive more than delivered. I cannot recommend the Leap and the Kenya experience more highly.  They have given us memories to cherish for a lifetime.
